Where do you ship?
We currently deliver to the United States. Standard shipping is free on all orders.
How long will my order take?
Order processing takes 1–2 days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes another 3–5 days. Allow approximately 4–7 days in total from placing your order. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; carrier delays and holidays may affect delivery.
How do I follow my delivery?
We will email shipment details when your order is dispatched. If tracking is available, the email will include the tracking information. If you need an update, email us with your order number.
Can I change my address or cancel?
Contact us as soon as possible. We will check whether your order can still be changed or cancelled before dispatch and confirm what is possible. Once a parcel is on its way, changes may no longer be possible.
Something wrong with the delivery?
If your parcel is late, missing, damaged, or marked delivered but has not arrived, get in touch with your order number. For damage, include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can look into it with you.
